PATENT, TRADEMARK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

Crystal Clear Window Works owns, or uses under exclusive license and assignment, certain Intellectual Property rights for technologies, methods, products and processes to restore, repair, and renew residential and commercial Insulated Glass Units/Sealed Units  in windows and doors by applying thermal pane moisture control systems to remove moisture and condensation, restore insulation value and prevent the re-occurrence of condensation in and the further degradation of failed Sealed Units in place and other methods for repair of windows and/or glass.

1) U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued to Crystal Clear Window Works, LLP a registration for the mark DEFOGGER (standard characters) for "valves of plastic being other than machine parts for use in the pressure equalisation and repair of insulated glass windows installed in homes or buildings." (Class 20). This registration has been assigned Registration No. 3,196,010.E

2) U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued to Crystal Clear Window Works USA, LLP a registration for the mark GET THE FOG OUT (standard characters) for "repair services for insulated glass windows installed in homes or buildings" (Class 37). This registration has been assigned Registration No. 3,161,026.

3) U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued to Crystal Clear Window Works USA, LLP a registration for the mark CCWW (standard characters) for "Repair services for insulated glass windows installed in homes or buildings" This registration has been assigned Registration No. 3,125,506.

 

Notes:

An exclusive licence leaves the original owner and inventor with no right to practice the invention. This means that while the licence is in force, the inventor and original owner are excluded from practicing the invention.

An assignment transfers all transferable rights in the patent to the new owner. An assignment Leaves the orignal owner with no ownership rights

Recordals or Registration Certificates are issued by Patent Offices to evidence the registrations of licences and assignments.

The Patent Office websites don't show Recordals as a matter of practice.
